क्वचित्कैलास कुधरसुस्थानेषु महेश्वरः ॥ विजहार गणैः प्रीत्या विविधेषु विहारवित् ॥ ५६ ॥
He, being an expert in divine sports, sported with his Gaṇas in the different regions of the Kailāsa hill.
english translation
kvacitkailAsa kudharasusthAneSu mahezvaraH ॥ vijahAra gaNaiH prItyA vividheSu vihAravit ॥ 56 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइत्थं रुद्रस्वरूपोऽसौ शंकरः परमेश्वरः॥ अकार्षीत्स्वगिरौ लीला नाना योगिवरोऽपि यः ॥५७॥
Thus lord Śiva who had assumed the form of Rudra performed divine sports on the mount Kailāsa though he was foremost among Yogins.
english translation
itthaM rudrasvarUpo'sau zaMkaraH paramezvaraH॥ akArSItsvagirau lIlA nAnA yogivaro'pi yaH ॥57॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनीत्वा कालं कियन्तं सोऽपत्नीकः परमेश्वरः ॥ पश्चादवाप स्वाम्पत्नीन्दक्षपत्नीसमुद्भवाम् ॥५८॥
Thus lord Śiva spent some time without his divine consort. After some time He married Satī, the daughter of Dakṣa Prajāpati.
english translation
nItvA kAlaM kiyantaM so'patnIkaH paramezvaraH ॥ pazcAdavApa svAmpatnIndakSapatnIsamudbhavAm ॥58॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptविजहार तया सत्या दक्षपुत्र्या महेश्वरः॥ सुखी बभूव देवर्षे लोकाचारपरायणः ॥५९॥
Lord Śiva sported with her. Following the conventions of the world, O celestial sage, he became happy.

vijahAra tayA satyA dakSaputryA mahezvaraH॥ sukhI babhUva devarSe lokAcAraparAyaNaH ॥59॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइत्थं रुद्रावतारस्ते वर्णितोऽयं मुनीश्वर ॥ कैलासागमनञ्चास्य सखित्वान्निधिपस्य हि ॥2-1-20-६०॥
O sage, thus I have explained to you the manifestation of Śiva in the form of Rudra, his arrival at Kailāsa and his friendship of Kubera, the lord of treasures.

itthaM rudrAvatAraste varNito'yaM munIzvara ॥ kailAsAgamanaJcAsya sakhitvAnnidhipasya hi ॥2-1-20-60॥
