अथ रुद्रो रौद्रतनुः स्वशरैरतिदारुणैः ।। तच्छरांश्चिच्छिदे तूर्णमप्राप्तांस्तिलशो मुने ।। ४७ ।।

sanskrit

O sage, Śiva who assumed a terrible body, split with his terrible arrows, the arrows of the Daitya to small pieces like gingelly seeds, even before they reached him.

english translation

atha rudro raudratanuH svazarairatidAruNaiH || taccharAMzcicchide tUrNamaprAptAMstilazo mune || 47 ||
