देवेन दत्ता ये तुभ्यं वरास्संतु तथैव ते ॥ कुबेरो भव नाम्ना त्वं मम रूपेर्ष्यया सुत ॥ ३१ ॥
May all the boons granted to you by the lord fructify. You shall be called Kubera (lit. possessed of ill-shaped body), O son, since you jealously looked at me.
english translation
devena dattA ye tubhyaM varAssaMtu tathaiva te ॥ kubero bhava nAmnA tvaM mama rUperSyayA suta ॥ 31 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइति दत्त्वा वरान्देवो देव्या सह महेश्वरः ॥ धनदायाविवेशाथ धाम वैश्वेश्वराभिधम् ॥ ३२ ॥
After granting these boons to Kubera, lord Maheśvara, in the company of the Goddess Pārvatī, entered his Viśveśvara abode.
english translation
iti dattvA varAndevo devyA saha mahezvaraH ॥ dhanadAyAvivezAtha dhAma vaizvezvarAbhidham ॥ 32 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइत्थं सखित्वं श्रीशंभोः प्रापैष धनदः पुरम् ॥ अलकान्निकषा चासीत्कैलासश्शंकरालयः ॥ ३३ ॥
Thus Kubera attained the friendship of Śiva. Very near his city Alakā was Kailāsa, the abode of Śiva.

itthaM sakhitvaM zrIzaMbhoH prApaiSa dhanadaH puram ॥ alakAnnikaSA cAsItkailAsazzaMkarAlayaH ॥ 33 ॥
