प्रवर्णितं त्वंधकजन्म रुद्राद्धिरण्यनेत्रस्य मृतिर्वराहात् ॥ नृसिंहतस्तत्सहजस्य नाशः प्रह्लादराज्याप्तिरिति प्रसंगात् ॥ ४२ ॥

Thus incidentally, I have narrated to you the story of Andhaka’s birth from Rudra, the death of Hiraṇyākṣa at the hands of the Boar, the annihilation of his brother Hiraṇyakaśipu by the Man-lion and the coronation of Prahlāda.

pravarNitaM tvaMdhakajanma rudrAddhiraNyanetrasya mRtirvarAhAt ॥ nRsiMhatastatsahajasya nAzaH prahlAdarAjyAptiriti prasaMgAt ॥ 42 ॥
