हिरण्यनेत्रस्य शिरो ज्वलंतं चिच्छेद दैत्यांश्च ददाह दुष्टान् ।। ततः प्रहृष्टो दितिजेन्द्रराजं स्वमंधकं तत्र स चाभ्यषिंचत् ।। ४६ ।।

With his Sudarśana dazzling like a crore of suns he chopped off the burning head of Hiraṇyākṣa and reduced the wicked Daityas to ashes. He was then delighted to crown his son Andhaka as the king of Daityas.

english translation

hiraNyanetrasya ziro jvalaMtaM ciccheda daityAMzca dadAha duSTAn || tataH prahRSTo ditijendrarAjaM svamaMdhakaM tatra sa cAbhyaSiMcat || 46 ||
