क्व स दीक्षितदायादः सर्वधर्मारतिः सदा ॥ शिवालये दैवयोगाद्यातश्चोरयितुं वसु ॥ स्वार्थदीपदशोद्योतलिंगमौलितमोहरः ॥ ६३ ॥

sanskrit

Where now is that heir of the initiated (Dīkṣita), who was always devoted to all righteous duties? By a twist of fate, he entered the temple of Shiva — to steal its wealth! Blinded by the shining flame of selfishness, he lost all sense before the glorious liṅga crowned in divine radiance.

english translation

kva sa dIkSitadAyAdaH sarvadharmAratiH sadA ॥ zivAlaye daivayogAdyAtazcorayituM vasu ॥ svArthadIpadazodyotaliMgamaulitamoharaH ॥ 63 ॥
