हरोऽस्मि सर्वदेवेभ्यो ह्यभयं दत्तवानहम्॥ खलदंडधरोऽहं वै शरणागतवत्सलः ॥ १३ ॥

sanskrit

I am Śiva, the destroyer. I have granted protection to all the gods. I am the holder of the chastising rod for the wicked and favourably disposed to those who seek refuge in me.

english translation

haro'smi sarvadevebhyo hyabhayaM dattavAnaham॥ khaladaMDadharo'haM vai zaraNAgatavatsalaH ॥ 13 ॥
