स सेनां महतीं कर्षन्दैत्यदानवरक्षसाम् ।। रथमास्थाय तरसा जेतुं शक्रपुरीं ययौ ।।2.5.29.१०।।

Taking a vast army of Daityas, Dānavas and Rākṣasas and seated in his chariot, he marched quickly to the city of Indra with the intention to conquer it.

english translation

sa senAM mahatIM karSandaityadAnavarakSasAm || rathamAsthAya tarasA jetuM zakrapurIM yayau ||2.5.29.10||
