जलंधर उवाच॥ रेखामुद्धृत्य हत्वा च सगणं त्वां हि शंकर ॥ हत्वा लोकान्सुरैस्सार्द्धं स्वभागं गरुडो यथा ॥2.5.24.३०॥

Jalandhara said: After uplifting the wheel, I shall be killing you with your Gaṇas. Like Garuḍa killing the serpents I shall kill all the people in the world along with the gods.

english translation

jalaMdhara uvAca॥ rekhAmuddhRtya hatvA ca sagaNaM tvAM hi zaMkara ॥ hatvA lokAnsuraissArddhaM svabhAgaM garuDo yathA ॥2.5.24.30॥
