सनत्कुमार उवाच ॥ मुनिस्तद्वाक्यमाकर्ण्य मौनकपटमास्थितः ॥ कर्त्तुं स्वार्थं विधानज्ञः कृपयोर्द्ध्वमवैक्षत ॥२१॥
Sanatkumāra said: On hearing her words, the sage feigned a deceptive silence. Fully aware of the means of achieving his selfish ends he looked up sympathetically.
