जलंधर उवाच ॥ किं व उच्चरितैर्मातुर्धावद्भिः पृष्ठतो हतैः ॥ न हि भीतवधः श्लाघ्यः स्वर्गदः शूरमानिनाम् ॥१५॥
Jalandhara said: Of what avail is your boasting about the pedigree of your mother if you flee back on being attacked? To die cowardly while you profess to be heroes is not commendable, nor does it yield heaven.
