स पूर्णनयनो दैत्यः शक्तिनिर्भिन्नदेहकः ॥ पपात भूमौ त्वरितमुदतिष्ठन्महाबलः ॥ ३६ ॥

With the body pierced through by the spear, the Daitya fell on the ground with eyes rolling. But the powerful Asura swiftly stood up.

english translation

sa pUrNanayano daityaH zaktinirbhinnadehakaH ॥ papAta bhUmau tvaritamudatiSThanmahAbalaH ॥ 36 ॥
