सनत्कुमार उवाच ॥ शिवेनैवमाज्ञप्तश्चखाद पुरुषस्स्वकम् ॥ हस्तपादोद्भवं मांसं शिरश्शेषोऽ भवद्यथा ॥ ४५ ॥
Sanatkumāra said: On being commanded thus by Śiva, the being ate up the flesh from his limbs. He was then left only with his head.
