अथो तदग्र आसीनो वक्तुकामो हि सैंहिकः॥ त्र्यंबकं स तदा संज्ञाप्रेरितो वाक्यमब्रवीत् ॥२१॥
Rāhu was desirous of speaking to him. He sat in front of Śiva. Urged by his gesture Rāhu spoke to the three-eyed god Śiva.
english translation
atho tadagra AsIno vaktukAmo hi saiMhikaH॥ tryaMbakaM sa tadA saMjJAprerito vAkyamabravIt ॥21॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदैत्यपन्नगसेव्यस्य त्रैलोक्याधिपतेस्सदा ॥ दूतोऽहं प्रेषितस्तेन त्वत्सकाशमिहागतः ॥२२॥
Rāhu said: I am the messenger of the lord of the three worlds, worthy of being served for ever by Daityas and serpents. I have come here to you on being sent by him.
english translation
daityapannagasevyasya trailokyAdhipatessadA ॥ dUto'haM preSitastena tvatsakAzamihAgataH ॥22॥
hk transliteration by Sanscript॥ राहुरुवाच ॥ जलंधरोब्धितनयस्सर्वदैत्यजनेश्वरः ॥ त्रैलोक्यस्येश्वरस्सोथाभवत्सर्वाधिनायकः ॥२३॥
The son of the ocean Jalandhara became the lord of all Daityas and now he is the lord of the three worlds. He is the emperor of all.
english translation
॥ rAhuruvAca ॥ jalaMdharobdhitanayassarvadaityajanezvaraH ॥ trailokyasyezvarassothAbhavatsarvAdhinAyakaH ॥23॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptस दैत्यराजो बलवान्देवानामंतकोपमः ॥ योगिनं त्वां समुद्दिश्य स यदाह शृणुष्व तत् ॥ २४ ॥
That powerful king of Daityas is like the god of death to the gods. Listen to what he says addressing you the Yogin.

sa daityarAjo balavAndevAnAmaMtakopamaH ॥ yoginaM tvAM samuddizya sa yadAha zRNuSva tat ॥ 24 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमहादिव्यप्रभावस्य तस्य दैत्यपतेः प्रभोः ॥ सर्वरत्नेश्वरस्य त्वमाज्ञां शृणु वृषध्वज ॥ २५ ॥
O bull-bannered god, listen to the behest of the lord of Daityas who has divine power and who is the master of all excellent things.

mahAdivyaprabhAvasya tasya daityapateH prabhoH ॥ sarvaratnezvarasya tvamAjJAM zRNu vRSadhvaja ॥ 25 ॥
