मयाज्ञप्ता अपि च ते संसारविमुखा बुधाः ॥ शिवध्यानैकमनसो न सृष्टौ चक्रिरे मतिम् ॥ 2-1-15-५० ॥

Despite my command they were not inclined to carry on the activities of creation; those scholarly sons turned their attention from worldly activities and were devoted to the exclusive meditation on Śiva.

english translation

mayAjJaptA api ca te saMsAravimukhA budhAH ॥ zivadhyAnaikamanaso na sRSTau cakrire matim ॥ 2-1-15-50 ॥
