सर्वे देवा ऊचुः।। यदि प्रसन्नो भगवन्यदि देयो वरस्त्वया।। देवदेवेश चास्मभ्यं ज्ञात्वा दासान्हि नस्सुरान्।।३७।।

sanskrit

The gods said: O lord, if you are pleased, if the boon is to be granted by you to us, O lord of the master of gods, after knowing that we the gods are your slaves, then O most excellent deity, be pleased to appear always whenever misery befalls us and destroy the misery.

english translation

sarve devA UcuH|| yadi prasanno bhagavanyadi deyo varastvayA|| devadeveza cAsmabhyaM jJAtvA dAsAnhi nassurAn||37||
