उच्चाटनार्थं शत्रूणां तन्मितेनैव पूजनम् ।। मारणे वै तु लक्षेण मोहने तु तदर्धतः ।। १८ ।।

sanskrit

In order to drive out enemies, the number of worship is the same as before. For exterminating enemies, worship is for a hundred thousand times and for enchantment worship is half that number.

english translation

uccATanArthaM zatrUNAM tanmitenaiva pUjanam || mAraNe vai tu lakSeNa mohane tu tadardhataH || 18 ||
