ऋषय ऊचुः ॥ ॥ व्यासशिष्य महाभाग कथय त्वं प्रमाणतः ॥ कैः पुष्पैः पूजितश्शंभुः किं किं यच्छति वै फलम् ॥१॥

The ṛṣis said: O disciple of Vyāsa, O fortunate one, please explain to us authoritatively the fruits granted by Śiva for the different worships with different flowers.

RSaya UcuH ॥ ॥ vyAsaziSya mahAbhAga kathaya tvaM pramANataH ॥ kaiH puSpaiH pUjitazzaMbhuH kiM kiM yacchati vai phalam ॥1॥
