पितरावूचतुः ।। कदा क्रांता त्वया पुत्र पृथिवी सुमहत्तरा ।। सप्तद्वीपा समुद्रांता महद्भिर्गहनैयुता ।।३५।।

The parents said: O son, when was the great earth circumambulated by you, the earth consisting of seven continentsextending to the oceans and consisting of vast jungles?

english translation

pitarAvUcatuH || kadA krAMtA tvayA putra pRthivI sumahattarA || saptadvIpA samudrAMtA mahadbhirgahanaiyutA ||35||
