ब्रह्मोवाच ॥ जीविते गिरिजापुत्रे देव्या दृष्टे मुनीश्वर ॥ यज्जातं तच्छृणुष्वाद्य वच्मि ते महदुत्सवम् ॥२॥

sanskrit

Brahmā said: O great sage, when the son of Pārvatī was resuscitated and seen by the goddess, listen to what happened there. I shall narrate the jubilation that ensued.

english translation

brahmovAca ॥ jIvite girijAputre devyA dRSTe munIzvara ॥ yajjAtaM tacchRNuSvAdya vacmi te mahadutsavam ॥2॥
