त्वमेव कर्त्ता जगतां च भर्त्ता त्वमेव हर्त्ता शुचिज प्रसीद ॥ प्रपञ्चभूतस्तव लोकबिंबः प्रसीद शम्भ्वात्मज दीनबंधो॥४॥

sanskrit

You alone are the creator, sustainer and annihilator of the universe. You, born of firegod, be pleased. Your cosmic image is identical with the universe. O son of Śiva, kinsman of the distressed, be pleased.

english translation

tvameva karttA jagatAM ca bharttA tvameva harttA zucija prasIda ॥ prapaJcabhUtastava lokabiMbaH prasIda zambhvAtmaja dInabaMdho॥4॥
