एककृत्वे मुखे सप्तकृत्वः सर्वाङ्गं एव हि ।। ततो ध्यानं यथोक्तं वै कृत्वा मंत्रमुदीरयेत् ।। ७२ ।।

sanskrit

When performing the offering once, offer it around the face seven times and the whole body. Then, as per the prescribed method, one should meditate and chant the mantras with devotion.

english translation

ekakRtve mukhe saptakRtvaH sarvAGgaM eva hi || tato dhyAnaM yathoktaM vai kRtvA maMtramudIrayet || 72 ||
