अर्पणीयाः शिवायैव मंत्रैर्नानाविधैरपि॥ ततः पुष्पाणि देयानि पंचास्याय महात्मने ॥ ६१ ॥
Various types of mantras are to be offered to Shiva. Then, flowers should be offered to the great soul (Shiva), especially those of the Panchasyaya (the five sacred types of offerings).
english translation
arpaNIyAH zivAyaiva maMtrairnAnAvidhairapi॥ tataH puSpANi deyAni paMcAsyAya mahAtmane ॥ 61 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रतिवक्त्रं यथाध्यानं यथायोग्याभिलाषतः ॥ कमलैश्शतपत्रैश्च शंखपुष्पैः परैस्तथा ॥६२॥
According to the devotee's meditation and desires, one should offer flowers such as lotus (with a hundred petals), and conch flowers along with other superior flowers.
english translation
prativaktraM yathAdhyAnaM yathAyogyAbhilASataH ॥ kamalaizzatapatraizca zaMkhapuSpaiH paraistathA ॥62॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकुशपुष्पैश्च धत्तूरैर्मंदारैर्द्रोणसंभवैः ॥ तथा च तुलसीपत्रैर्बिल्वपत्रैर्विशेषतः ॥६३॥
Offer flowers like kusha, dhatura, mandara (Indian coral tree), and those derived from drona (a specific type of plant), as well as Tulsi leaves and Bilva leaves, which are especially dear to Shiva.

kuzapuSpaizca dhattUrairmaMdArairdroNasaMbhavaiH ॥ tathA ca tulasIpatrairbilvapatrairvizeSataH ॥63॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपूजयेत्परया भक्त्या शंकरं भक्तवत्सलम् ॥ सर्वाभावे बिल्वपत्रमपर्णीयं शिवाय वै ॥६४॥
With great devotion, one should worship Shankar, the beloved of his devotees, and in all circumstances, the Bilva leaf should always be offered to Lord Shiva.
english translation
pUjayetparayA bhaktyA zaMkaraM bhaktavatsalam ॥ sarvAbhAve bilvapatramaparNIyaM zivAya vai ॥64॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptबिल्वपत्रार्पणेनैव सर्वपूजा प्रसिध्यति ॥ ततस्सुगंधचूर्णं वै वासितं तैलमुत्तमम् ॥ ६५ ॥
By offering the Bilva leaf alone, all forms of worship are perfected. Then, scented powders should be applied, and the best quality oil should be used for anointing.

bilvapatrArpaNenaiva sarvapUjA prasidhyati ॥ tatassugaMdhacUrNaM vai vAsitaM tailamuttamam ॥ 65 ॥
