ब्रह्मोवाच ॥ पार्वतीवचनं श्रुत्वा प्रहस्य जगदीश्वरः ॥ उवाच देवानाहूय मुनींश्चापि मुनीश्वर ॥ ८ ॥

sanskrit

Brahmā said: O great sage, on hearing the words of Pārvatī, the lord of the universe called the gods and the sages and laughingly said to them.

brahmovAca ॥ pArvatIvacanaM zrutvA prahasya jagadIzvaraH ॥ uvAca devAnAhUya munIMzcApi munIzvara ॥ 8 ॥
