सर्वं निषेकसाध्यं च निषेको बलवान् विधे ॥ निषेकफलदो वै स निषेकः केन वार्य्यते ॥ ३९ ॥

Everything can be achieved through the discharge of the semen. O Brahmā, the process of discharge is very effective. The discharge that is fruitful none can withhold.
