सर्वं निषेकसाध्यं च निषेको बलवान् विधे ।। निषेकफलदो वै स निषेकः केन वार्य्यते ।। ३९ ।।

Everything can be achieved through the discharge of the semen. O Brahmā, the process of discharge is very effective. The discharge that is fruitful none can withhold.

english translation

sarvaM niSekasAdhyaM ca niSeko balavAn vidhe || niSekaphalado vai sa niSekaH kena vAryyate || 39 ||
