सुरा ऊचुः ।। विवाहं कृतवाञ्छंभुरस्मत्कार्यार्थमीश्वरः।। योगीश्वरो निर्विकारो स्वात्मारामो निरंजनः।।१९।।

sanskrit

The gods said: It is for the fulfilment of our task that Lord Śiva, the leader of Yogins, free from aberrations, the unsullied, revelling and resting in his own Self, has married.

english translation

surA UcuH || vivAhaM kRtavAJchaMbhurasmatkAryArthamIzvaraH|| yogIzvaro nirvikAro svAtmArAmo niraMjanaH||19||
