शीलभङ्गेन दुर्वृत्ताः पातयन्ति कुलत्रयम् ।। पितुर्मातुस्तथा पत्युरिहामुत्रापि दुःखिताः ।। 2.3.54.६० ।।

Disloyal women cause the downfall of the three families, that of the father, mother and husband and become distressed here and hereafter.

english translation

zIlabhaGgena durvRttAH pAtayanti kulatrayam || piturmAtustathA patyurihAmutrApi duHkhitAH || 2.3.54.60 ||
