पयसा च जिता तत्र स्थलभूमिर्न चान्यथा ॥ जलं किं हि स्थलं किं हि न विदुः केऽपि कोविदाः ॥ 2-3-38-१० ॥

The watery places presented there excelled the solid grounds. Even experts could not distinguish what was water and what was solid ground.

english translation

payasA ca jitA tatra sthalabhUmirna cAnyathA ॥ jalaM kiM hi sthalaM kiM hi na viduH ke'pi kovidAH ॥ 2-3-38-10 ॥
