सर्वत्र व्यापकश्चैव स्पर्शत्वं न विबध्यते ॥ तथैव व्यापको देवो बध्यते न क्वचित्स वै ॥ २२ ॥

The all-pervading sky is not bound or fettered anywhere. So also the all-pervading lord is not bound anywhere.
