एवंकृते तदा तत्र शरीरं पूर्ववन्मम ॥ जातं तस्य प्रसादाच्च सर्वं प्राप्तं फलं मया॥ ५६॥
When this was done, my body regained its former state. Thanks to his grace, all benefits were derived by me.
english translation
तदा च प्रार्थितो मे संस्थितोसौ वृषभध्वजः॥ वैद्यनाथेश्वरो नाम्ना प्रसिद्धोभूज्जगत्त्रये ॥ ५७॥
Then, requested by me, Śiva stayed there permanently in the name of Vaidyanātheśvara. He has now become famous in the three worlds.

दर्शनात्पूजनाज्ज्योतिर्लिंगरूपो महेश्वरः ॥ भुक्तिमुक्तिप्रदो लोके सर्वेषां हितकारकः ॥ ५८ ॥
Lord Śiva in the form of Jyotirliṅga confers worldly pleasures and salvation by his sight and worship. He is the benefactor of all in the world.

ज्योतिर्लिंगमहं तद्वै पूजयित्वा विशेषतः ॥ प्रणिपत्यागतश्चात्र विजेतुं भुवनत्रयम्॥ ५९ ॥
I particularly worshipped that Jyotirliṅga and bowed to it. I have returned home and intend to conquer the three worlds.

सूत उवाच ॥ तदीयं तद्वचः श्रुत्वा देवर्षिर्जातसंभ्रमः ॥ विहस्य च मनस्येव रावणं नारदोऽब्रवीत् ॥ ६० ॥
Sūta said:— The celestial sage was excited on hearing his words. Laughing within himself, Nārada spoke to Rāvaṇa.
