विविशुस्ते पुरीं रम्यां महाकालस्य भूभृतः ॥ महाकालं समानर्चुश्चंद्रसेनानुमोदिताः ॥ ५६ ॥
Permitted and encouraged by Candrasena they entered Ujjayinī, the beautiful city of Mahākāla and worshipped him.

vivizuste purIM ramyAM mahAkAlasya bhUbhRtaH ॥ mahAkAlaM samAnarcuzcaMdrasenAnumoditAH ॥ 56 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptततस्ते गोपवनिता गेहं जग्मुर्महीभृतः ॥ प्रसंशंतश्च तद्भाग्यं सर्वे दिव्यमहोदयम् ॥ ५७ ॥
Then they went to the house of the cowherdess. They praised her good fortune with divine blessings.

tataste gopavanitA gehaM jagmurmahIbhRtaH ॥ prasaMzaMtazca tadbhAgyaM sarve divyamahodayam ॥ 57 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptते तत्र चन्द्रसेनेन प्रत्युद्गम्याभिपूजिताः ॥ महार्हविष्टरगताः प्रत्यनंदन्सुविस्मिताः ॥ ५८ ॥
They were welcomed and honoured by Candrasena there. Seated on a very worthy seat they congratulated him and were surprised.

te tatra candrasenena pratyudgamyAbhipUjitAH ॥ mahArhaviSTaragatAH pratyanaMdansuvismitAH ॥ 58 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptगोपसूनोः प्रसादात्तत्प्रादुर्भूतं शिवालयम् ॥ संवीक्ष्य शिवलिंगं च शिवे चकुः परां मतिम्॥ ५९॥
Seeing the shrine of Śiva and the Śiva-Liṅga that rose up, thanks to the power of the son of the cowherdess they fixed their mind in Siva.

gopasUnoH prasAdAttatprAdurbhUtaM zivAlayam ॥ saMvIkSya zivaliMgaM ca zive cakuH parAM matim॥ 59॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptततस्ते गोपशिशवे प्रीता निखिलभूभुजः ॥ ददुर्बहूनि वस्तूनि तस्मै शिवकृपार्थिनः ॥ ६० ॥
The delighted kings, sought the sympathy of Śiva and presented several valuable things to the cowherd boy.
