Shiva Purana
एवं ध्यात्वा यजेद्गन्धपुष्पादिभिरनुक्रमात् ॥ पद्मस्य नैर्ऋते पद्मे गणपत्यासनोपरि ॥ १४॥
Thus meditating one should offer sacrifices with fragrant flowers and other objects in order. On the southwest side of the lotus is the lotus seat of Lord Ganesha.

evaM dhyAtvA yajedgandhapuSpAdibhiranukramAt ॥ padmasya nairRte padme gaNapatyAsanopari ॥ 14॥
