Shiva Purana
स्वात्मानं गंधपुष्पादिपूजोपकरणान्यपि ॥ पद्मस्येशानदिक्पद्मं प्रणवोच्चारपूर्वकम् ॥ १० ॥
They also offered themselves fragrant flowers and other utensils for worship The lotus of the lotus is the direction of the lotus with the utterance of the oṁkāra.
