एवमुक्त्वा ततो दत्त्वा तदर्थं सूर्यमूर्त्तये ॥ नमस्कुर्यादिमं मंत्रं पठित्वा सुसमाहितः ॥ ४१॥
He shall recite this and offer the arghya to the sun-god and perform obeisance. He shall recite the following piously.
english translation
नमश्शिवाय साम्बाय सगणायादिहेतवे ॥ रुद्राय विष्णवे तुभ्यं ब्रह्मणे च त्रिमूर्तये ॥ ४२ ॥
“Obeisance to Śiva accompanied by Pārvatī and the Gaṇas. Obeisance to you the primordial cause, of the form of Trinity, Rudra, Viṣṇu and Brahmā”.
english translation
एवमुक्त्वा नमस्कृत्य स्वासने समवस्थितः ॥ ऋष्यादिकं पुनः कृत्वा करं संशोध्य वारिणा ॥ ४३ ॥
Having said this he bowed down and sat down on his seat. Repeat the sage and other rituals and cleanse your hands with water.
english translation
पुनश्च भस्म संधार्य पूर्वोक्तेनैव वर्त्मना ॥ न्यासजातम्प्रकुर्वीत शिवभावविवृद्ध्धये ॥ ४४ ॥
Again he placed the ashes in the same manner as described above One should perform the rituals born of the sacrifice to increase the feeling of Lord Śiva.
english translation
पंचोपचारैस्संपूज्य शिरसा श्रीगुरुम्बुधः ॥ प्रणवं श्रीचतुर्थ्यंतं नमोंतं प्रणमेत्ततः ॥ ४५ ॥
Having worshiped him with the five rituals he bowed his head to the Śrī Guru. Then one should offer obeisances to the fourth oṁkāra of Śrī.
