पौरुषेणैव सूक्तेन हुत्वा प्रत्यृचमात्मवान् ॥ हुत्वा च सौविष्टकृतीं स्वसूत्रोक्तविधानतः ॥ ५१ ॥
The self-controlled man offered oblations with the same Sukta as the Paurusha and performed the Pratyṛca. After offering oblations to the Sauvistha in accordance with the prescribed rituals prescribed by his own Sutra.

हुत्वोपरिष्टात्तन्त्रं च तेनाग्नेरुत्तरे बुधः ॥ स्थित्वासने जपेन्मौनी चैलाजिनकुशोत्तरे ॥ यावद्ब्राह्ममुहूर्त्तं तु गायत्रीं दृढमानसः ॥ ५२॥
Having offered oblations to the Lord with the tantra on the north side of the fire Standing on a seat, one should chant the mantra in silence on a cloth, deerskin and kusha grass. One should chant the Gāyatrī with a firm mind until the Brahma Muhūrta.
english translation
ततः स्नात्वा यथा पूर्वं श्रपयित्वा चरुं ततः ॥ पौरुषं सूक्तमारभ्य विरजान्तं हुनेद्बुधः ॥ ५३ ॥
Then he shall take bath and cook the Caru. He shall perform the sacrifice beginning with Puruṣa and ending with the Virāja sūktas.
english translation
वामदेवमतेनापि शौनकादिमतेन वा ॥ तत्र मुख्यं वामदेव्यं गर्भयुक्तो यतो मुनिः ॥ ५४॥
The procedure may follow the opinion of Vāmadeva or of Sanaka and others. But the important one is that of Vāmadeva because he was a liberated soul even while he was in the womb.

होमशेषं समाप्याथ हुनेत् ॥ ततोग्निमात्मन्यारोप्य प्रातस्सन्ध्यमुपास्य च ॥ ५५ ॥
After performing the remaining rites of the sacrifice he shall perform the Aupāsana rites of the morning. Then he shall superimpose Agni in the Ātman and perform the morning prayers.
