Shiva Purana
आधारो मणिपूरश्च हृदयं तु ततः परम् ॥ विशुद्धिराज्ञा च ततः शक्तिः शान्तिरिति क्रमात् ॥ ३४॥
The base and the manipur are the hearts beyond that. Then the command of purity and then power and peace in this order.

AdhAro maNipUrazca hRdayaM tu tataH param ॥ vizuddhirAjJA ca tataH zaktiH zAntiriti kramAt ॥ 34॥
