नामाष्टकेन सम्पूज्य ब्राह्मणैर्वेदपारगैः ॥ जपेद्ब्रह्मविदाप्नोति भृगुर्वै वारुणिस्ततः ॥ ४२ ॥

Brahmins well versed in the Vedas worshiped him with the eight names One who chants this mantra attains the knowledge of the Brahman and then Bhrigu and Varuni.

english translation

nAmASTakena sampUjya brAhmaNairvedapAragaiH ॥ japedbrahmavidApnoti bhRgurvai vAruNistataH ॥ 42 ॥
