अभ्यर्च्य गन्धपुष्पाद्यैर्धूपदीपौ प्रदर्श्य च॥ संरक्षास्त्रेण तं शंखं वर्मणाथावगुण्ठयेत् ॥ २१ ॥
He shall worship it with scents and flowers and show lights and incense. He shall then cover up the conch with Astra and Varma mantras.

abhyarcya gandhapuSpAdyairdhUpadIpau pradarzya ca॥ saMrakSAstreNa taM zaMkhaM varmaNAthAvaguNThayet ॥ 21 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptधेनुशंखाख्यमुद्रे च दर्शयेदथ देशिकः॥ पुनस्स्वपुरतश्शंखं दक्षिणे देश उत्तमे ॥ २२ ॥
Then the desika should show it in the seal called Dhenushankha. Again he placed the conch in front of him in an excellent place on the south.

The auspicious beautiful circle is worshiped in the manner prescribed by the arghya. One should perform these rituals and worship them with fragrant flowers and other offerings.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptसाधारं शोधितं शुद्धं घटन्तन्तुपरिष्कृतम् ॥ धूपितं स्थापितं शुद्धवासितोदप्रपूरितम् ॥ २४ ॥
It is ordinary, refined, pure and refined with pot fibers. It was placed incense and filled with pure fragrant water.

sAdhAraM zodhitaM zuddhaM ghaTantantupariSkRtam ॥ dhUpitaM sthApitaM zuddhavAsitodaprapUritam ॥ 24 ॥

Five skins, five leaves and five clays. O lord of the sages mix it and smear it with fragrant oil.
