एषैवेच्छाशक्तितत्वं सर्वकृत्यानुवर्तनात् ॥ ज्ञानक्रियाशक्तियुग्मे ज्ञानाधिक्ये सदाशिवः ॥ ७१ ॥
In view of its conformity with the activities this alone becomes the principle of his power of will. Between the two Śaktis of knowledge and activity if the knowledge predominates, the principle is Sadāśiva.

महेश्वरं क्रियोद्रेके तत्त्वं विद्धि मुनीश्वर॥ ज्ञानक्रियाशक्तिसाम्यं शुद्धविद्यात्मकं मतम्॥ ७२ ॥
O sage, know that as Maheśvara Tattva when the activity is predominant. If there is equality between the two Śaktis know that as the form of pure knowledge.

स्वाङ्गरूपेषु भावेषु मायातत्त्वविभेदधीः॥ शिवो यदा निजं रूपं परमैश्वर्य्यपूर्वकम्॥ ७३ ॥
The intellect of distinguishing the essence of illusion in the beings in the form of one's own body. When Shiva assumed his form with supreme opulence.

निगृह्य माययाशेषपदार्थग्राहको भवेत्॥ तदा पुरुष इत्याख्या तत्सृष्ट्वेत्यभवच्छ्रुतिः॥ ७४ ॥
By restraining the illusion he becomes the recipient of the rest of the objects. Then the scripture became that he created it, called Purusha.

अयमेव हि संसारी मायया मोहितः पशुः॥ शिवज्ञानविहीनो हि नानाकर्मविमूढधीः॥ ७५ ॥
He is transformed as the individual soul deluded by Māyā and devoid of the knowledge of Śiva. His intellect is deluded by different activities.
