पव॑मानः सु॒तो नृभि॒: सोमो॒ वाज॑मिवासरत् । च॒मूषु॒ शक्म॑ना॒सद॑म् ॥ पवमानः सुतो नृभिः सोमो वाजमिवासरत् । चमूषु शक्मनासदम् ॥
The pure Soma effused by the priests rushes forth as if to battle, to alight vigorously upon the ladles.

तं त्रि॑पृ॒ष्ठे त्रि॑वन्धु॒रे रथे॑ युञ्जन्ति॒ यात॑वे । ऋषी॑णां स॒प्त धी॒तिभि॑: ॥ तं त्रिपृष्ठे त्रिवन्धुरे रथे युञ्जन्ति यातवे । ऋषीणां सप्त धीतिभिः ॥
They attach him by seven ceremonies to the three-backed three-benched chariot of the ṛṣis to go to the gods.

तं सो॑तारो धन॒स्पृत॑मा॒शुं वाजा॑य॒ यात॑वे । हरिं॑ हिनोत वा॒जिन॑म् ॥ तं सोतारो धनस्पृतमाशुं वाजाय यातवे । हरिं हिनोत वाजिनम् ॥
Effused of the Soma, urge forward that wealth bestowing rapid vigorous steed to go to the battle.

आ॒वि॒शन्क॒लशं॑ सु॒तो विश्वा॒ अर्ष॑न्न॒भि श्रिय॑: । शूरो॒ न गोषु॑ तिष्ठति ॥ आविशन्कलशं सुतो विश्वा अर्षन्नभि श्रियः । शूरो न गोषु तिष्ठति ॥
Entering when effused into the pitcher bringing us all success like a hero, he stands among the cattle.

आ त॑ इन्दो॒ मदा॑य॒ कं पयो॑ दुहन्त्या॒यव॑: । दे॒वा दे॒वेभ्यो॒ मधु॑ ॥ आ त इन्दो मदाय कं पयो दुहन्त्यायवः । देवा देवेभ्यो मधु ॥
The devout priests milk forth your sweet juice Indu, for the gods for the purpose of exhilaration.
