अप॒ द्वारा॑ मती॒नां प्र॒त्ना ऋ॑ण्वन्ति का॒रव॑: । वृष्णो॒ हर॑स आ॒यव॑: ॥ अप द्वारा मतीनां प्रत्ना ऋण्वन्ति कारवः । वृष्णो हरस आयवः ॥
The old makers of hymns, men the offerers of the Soma, throw open the doors (of the sacrifice).

apa॒ dvArA॑ matI॒nAM pra॒tnA R॑Nvanti kA॒rava॑: । vRSNo॒ hara॑sa A॒yava॑: ॥ apa dvArA matInAM pratnA RNvanti kAravaH । vRSNo harasa AyavaH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptस॒मी॒ची॒नास॑ आसते॒ होता॑रः स॒प्तजा॑मयः । प॒दमेक॑स्य॒ पिप्र॑तः ॥ समीचीनास आसते होतारः सप्तजामयः । पदमेकस्य पिप्रतः ॥
The seven associated ministers like so many kinsmen filling the receptacle of the single (Soma), sit down (at the sacrifice).

sa॒mI॒cI॒nAsa॑ Asate॒ hotA॑raH sa॒ptajA॑mayaH । pa॒dameka॑sya॒ pipra॑taH ॥ samIcInAsa Asate hotAraH saptajAmayaH । padamekasya piprataH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनाभा॒ नाभिं॑ न॒ आ द॑दे॒ चक्षु॑श्चि॒त्सूर्ये॒ सचा॑ । क॒वेरप॑त्य॒मा दु॑हे ॥ नाभा नाभिं न आ ददे चक्षुश्चित्सूर्ये सचा । कवेरपत्यमा दुहे ॥
I take into my navel the navel of the sacrifice, my becomes associated with the sun, I fill the offspring of the sage.

nAbhA॒ nAbhiM॑ na॒ A da॑de॒ cakSu॑zci॒tsUrye॒ sacA॑ । ka॒verapa॑tya॒mA du॑he ॥ nAbhA nAbhiM na A dade cakSuzcitsUrye sacA । kaverapatyamA duhe ॥

The powerful (Indra) looks with the eye of his own resplendent self on the acceptable plural ce of the Soma, fixed by the priests in the heart.
