तमु॑ त्वा॒ यः पु॒रासि॑थ॒ यो वा॑ नू॒नं हि॒ते धने॑ । हव्य॒: स श्रु॑धी॒ हव॑म् ॥ तमु त्वा यः पुरासिथ यो वा नूनं हिते धने । हव्यः स श्रुधी हवम् ॥
(We invoke) you, such as you are, you who have been invocable of old, and who are now to be invoked for the wealth held (by the foe); hear our invocation.
english translation
धी॒भिरर्व॑द्भि॒रर्व॑तो॒ वाजाँ॑ इन्द्र श्र॒वाय्या॑न् । त्वया॑ जेष्म हि॒तं धन॑म् ॥ धीभिरर्वद्भिरर्वतो वाजाँ इन्द्र श्रवाय्यान् । त्वया जेष्म हितं धनम् ॥
(Favoured) by you, Indra, (who are propitiated), by our hymns, (we ovecome) with our steeds the steeds (of the enemy), and we conquer abundant food, and the wealth held (by the foes).
english translation
अभू॑रु वीर गिर्वणो म॒हाँ इ॑न्द्र॒ धने॑ हि॒ते । भरे॑ वितन्त॒साय्य॑: ॥ अभूरु वीर गिर्वणो महाँ इन्द्र धने हिते । भरे वितन्तसाय्यः ॥
Heroic and adorable Indra, verily you are mighty in battle, and victor of the wealth held (by the enemy).
english translation
या त॑ ऊ॒तिर॑मित्रहन्म॒क्षूज॑वस्त॒मास॑ति । तया॑ नो हिनुही॒ रथ॑म् ॥ या त ऊतिरमित्रहन्मक्षूजवस्तमासति । तया नो हिनुही रथम् ॥
Destroyer of enemies with that your velocity, which is of exceeding swiftness, impel our chariots (against the foe).
english translation
स रथे॑न र॒थीत॑मो॒ऽस्माके॑नाभि॒युग्व॑ना । जेषि॑ जिष्णो हि॒तं धन॑म् ॥ स रथेन रथीतमोऽस्माकेनाभियुग्वना । जेषि जिष्णो हितं धनम् ॥
Victorious Indra, who are the chief off charioteers, conquer the wealth that is held (by the enemy) with our assailing car.
