परा॑ मे यन्ति धी॒तयो॒ गावो॒ न गव्यू॑ती॒रनु॑ । इ॒च्छन्ती॑रुरु॒चक्ष॑सम् ॥ परा मे यन्ति धीतयो गावो न गव्यूतीरनु । इच्छन्तीरुरुचक्षसम् ॥
My thoughts ever turn back to him who is beheld of many, as the kine return to the pastures.
english translation
सं नु वो॑चावहै॒ पुन॒र्यतो॑ मे॒ मध्वाभृ॑तम् । होते॑व॒ क्षद॑से प्रि॒यम् ॥ सं नु वोचावहै पुनर्यतो मे मध्वाभृतम् । होतेव क्षदसे प्रियम् ॥
Let us together proclaim that my offering has been prepared, and that you, as if the offerer, accept the valued (oblation).
english translation
दर्शं॒ नु वि॒श्वद॑र्शतं॒ दर्शं॒ रथ॒मधि॒ क्षमि॑ । ए॒ता जु॑षत मे॒ गिर॑: ॥ दर्शं नु विश्वदर्शतं दर्शं रथमधि क्षमि । एता जुषत मे गिरः ॥
I have seen him whose appearance is grateful to all; I have beheld his chariot upon earth; he has accepted these my praiseṣ.
english translation
इ॒मं मे॑ वरुण श्रुधी॒ हव॑म॒द्या च॑ मृळय । त्वाम॑व॒स्युरा च॑के ॥ इमं मे वरुण श्रुधी हवमद्या च मृळय । त्वामवस्युरा चके ॥
Hear, Varuṇa, this my invocation; make us this day happy; I have appealed to you, hoping for protection.
english translation
त्वं विश्व॑स्य मेधिर दि॒वश्च॒ ग्मश्च॑ राजसि । स याम॑नि॒ प्रति॑ श्रुधि ॥ त्वं विश्वस्य मेधिर दिवश्च ग्मश्च राजसि । स यामनि प्रति श्रुधि ॥
You, who are possessed of wisdom, shine over heaven and earth, and all the world; do you hear and reply (to my prayers), with (promise of) prosperity.
