स त्वं न॑ इन्द्र॒ सूर्ये॒ सो अ॒प्स्व॑नागा॒स्त्व आ भ॑ज जीवशं॒से । मान्त॑रां॒ भुज॒मा री॑रिषो न॒: श्रद्धि॑तं ते मह॒त इ॑न्द्रि॒याय॑ ॥ स त्वं न इन्द्र सूर्ये सो अप्स्वनागास्त्व आ भज जीवशंसे । मान्तरां भुजमा रीरिषो नः श्रद्धितं ते महत इन्द्रियाय ॥
Excite in us, Indra, veneration for the sun, for the waters, and for those who are worthy of the praise of living beings, as exempt from sin; injure not our offspring while yet in the womb, for our trust is in yourmighty power.
english translation
अधा॑ मन्ये॒ श्रत्ते॑ अस्मा अधायि॒ वृषा॑ चोदस्व मह॒ते धना॑य । मा नो॒ अकृ॑ते पुरुहूत॒ योना॒विन्द्र॒ क्षुध्य॑द्भ्यो॒ वय॑ आसु॒तिं दा॑: ॥ अधा मन्ये श्रत्ते अस्मा अधायि वृषा चोदस्व महते धनाय । मा नो अकृते पुरुहूत योनाविन्द्र क्षुध्यद्भ्यो वय आसुतिं दाः ॥
Hence, Indra, I meditate on you; on his (your power) has our trust been plural ced; showerer (of benefits), direct us to great wealth; consign us not, you who are invoked by many, to a destitute dwelling; give, Indra, food and drink to the hungry.
english translation
मा नो॑ वधीरिन्द्र॒ मा परा॑ दा॒ मा न॑: प्रि॒या भोज॑नानि॒ प्र मो॑षीः । आ॒ण्डा मा नो॑ मघवञ्छक्र॒ निर्भे॒न्मा न॒: पात्रा॑ भेत्स॒हजा॑नुषाणि ॥ मा नो वधीरिन्द्र मा परा दा मा नः प्रिया भोजनानि प्र मोषीः । आण्डा मा नो मघवञ्छक्र निर्भेन्मा नः पात्रा भेत्सहजानुषाणि ॥
Harm us not, Indra, abandon us not; deprive us not of the enjoyments that aare dear to us; injure not, affluent Śakra, our unborn offspring; harm not those who are capable (only of crawling) on their knees.
english translation
अ॒र्वाङेहि॒ सोम॑कामं त्वाहुर॒यं सु॒तस्तस्य॑ पिबा॒ मदा॑य । उ॒रु॒व्यचा॑ ज॒ठर॒ आ वृ॑षस्व पि॒तेव॑ नः शृणुहि हू॒यमा॑नः ॥ अर्वाङेहि सोमकामं त्वाहुरयं सुतस्तस्य पिबा मदाय । उरुव्यचा जठर आ वृषस्व पितेव नः शृणुहि हूयमानः ॥
Come into our presence; they have called you, fond of the Soma; it is prepared; drink of it for your exhilaration; vast of limb, distend your stomach, and when invoked hear us, as a father (listens to the words of his sons).
