Phaladeepika
चन्द्राद्वा वसुमांस्तथोपचयगैर्लग्नात्समस्तैः शुभै- श्चन्द्राव्द्योम्न्य्मलाह्वयः शुभकगैर्योगो विलग्नादपि । जन्मेशे सहिते विलग्नपतिना केन्द्रेऽधिमित्रर्क्षगे लग्नं पश्यति कश्चिदत्र बलवान्य्योगो भवेत्पुष्कलः ॥ १९॥
If all the benefics occupy Upachaya houses whether reckoned from the Lagna or the Moon, the resulting Yoga is termed Vasumat. When benefics occupy the 10 th house counted from the Lagna or the Moon, the Yoga is called Amala. If the lord of the Rasi occupied by the Moon is in conjunction with the lord of the Lagna and be posited in a Kendra or in the house of a very friendly plane and if at the same time a benefic planet possess ing strength aspect the Lagna, the resulting Yoga is called Pushkala.

candrAdvA vasumAMstathopacayagairlagnAtsamastaiH zubhai- zcandrAvdyomnymalAhvayaH zubhakagairyogo vilagnAdapi । janmeze sahite vilagnapatinA kendre'dhimitrarkSage lagnaM pazyati kazcidatra balavAnyyogo bhavetpuSkalaH ॥ 19॥
