The product should be divided by 365, The quotient will be the correct rectified Ayus contributed severally by the planets, and may be shown in years, months, days, etc., and will be their Dasa periods.

एवं ग्रहानां सर्वेषं दशां कुर्यात् पृथक् पृथक् । अष्टवर्गदशामार्गः सर्वेषामुत्तमोत्तमः ॥ ३३॥
Thus should the Dasa periods of each of the several planets be computed seperately. The method of computing the Dasa periods by the Ashtakavarga process is the best of all.

बलो बलिष्तो लवणागमोसुरो रागी मुररिः शिखरीन्द्रगाथया भौमो गणेन्द्रो लघुभावतासुरो गोकर्णरक्ता तु पुरणर्मथिली ॥ ३४॥
Bala, who is exceedingly powerful, is an Asura who originated from salt. Passionate and an enemy of Mura, he is celebrated through songs of the lord of mountains. Born of the earth and a leader of hosts, he is an Asura of light nature. Gokarṇa and Raktā, however, are the ancient Maithilī.

रुद्रः परं गह्वरंभैरवस्थली रागी वली भास्वरगीर्भगाचलाः । गिरौ विवस्वान्बलवद्विवक्षया शुली मम प्रीतिकरोऽत्र तीर्थकृत् ॥ ३५॥
Rudra is the supreme one, the terrible place of the deep cave; he is passionate, wrinkled, and possesses radiant speech and the mountain of fortune. The sun is on the mountain with a strong desire to speak. May the wielder of the trident, the creator of the holy place, be my benefactor here.
