Phaladeepika
यद्भावनाथो रिपुरन्ध्ररिःफे दुःस्थानपो यद्भवनस्थितो वा । तद्भावनाशं कथयन्ति तज्ज्ञाः शुभेक्षितस्तद्भवनस्य सौख्यम् ॥ ५॥
When a Bhava has its lord in the 6 th, the 8 th or the 12 th, or is occupied by the lord of any of these three, it suffers annihilation, say those that know the properties of a Bhava. If such a Bhava be aspocted by a benefic planet, it will be in a flourishing condition.

yadbhAvanAtho ripurandhrariHphe duHsthAnapo yadbhavanasthito vA । tadbhAvanAzaM kathayanti tajjJAH zubhekSitastadbhavanasya saukhyam ॥ 5॥
