सत्यप्रतिष्ठायां क्रियाफलाश्रयत्वम्॥२-३६॥
When a Yogi is firmly established himself in truthfulness then his words become very powerful because whatever he says that actually happens in real.

जब योगी मन, वचन व कर्म से सत्य को सिद्ध कर लेता है, तब उसकी वाणी भी सिद्ध हो जाती है । तब वह जो कुछ कहता है वह धरातल पर सत्य रूप में घटित हो जाता है ।

अस्तेयप्रतिष्ठायां सर्वरत्नोपस्थानम्॥२-३७॥
On being firmly established in Asteya (non-stealing), all jewels present in front of that Yogi.
english translation
अस्तेय अर्थात् चोरी के अभाव में दृढ़ स्थिति हो जाने पर उस योगी के सामने सब प्रकार के रत्न प्रकट हो जाते हैं ।

ब्रह्मचर्यप्रतिष्ठायां वीर्यलाभः ॥२-३८॥
By completely following the vow of Brahmacharya (celibacy), the seeker attains infinite strength i.e. physical and mental strength.

ब्रह्मचर्य में दृढ़ स्थिति हो जाने पर सामर्थ्य का लाभ होता है अर्थात शारीरिक व मानसिक बल की प्राप्ति होती है ।

On establishment of internal and external cleanliness , detachment towards one's own body takes place and this detachment extends to contact with others bodies.
