यस्याङ्गुल्यस्तु वितताः सहाङ्गुष्ठेन कुञ्चिताः । ऊर्ध्वा ह्यसंगताग्राश्च स भवेत् पद्मकोशकः ॥ ८०॥

Padmakośa (lotus-bud)—the fingers including the thumb to be separated and their ends to bend, but not to meet one another.

english translation

yasyAGgulyastu vitatAH sahAGguSThena kuJcitAH । UrdhvA hyasaMgatAgrAzca sa bhavet padmakozakaH ॥ 80॥
