पूर्णमुच्छ्वसिते स्थूले व्याधितात्यशनादिषु । इत्येतदुदरं प्रोक्तं कट्याः कर्म निबोधत ॥ २४५॥
The full belly (Pūrṇa) is used in deep breathing, corpulence, disease, excessive eating, and similar conditions. Now listen to the actions of the waist.

pUrNamucchvasite sthUle vyAdhitAtyazanAdiSu । ityetadudaraM proktaM kaTyAH karma nibodhata ॥ 245॥
